For deposit by CHECK/CASH payment, you must call the innkeepers. If you prefer to pay 50% as a deposit to confirm your stay, you may call the innkeepers to manually book your stay.

POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

Because the Lakes Region is so popular at many times throughout the year, we strongly encourage guests to make advance reservations. To make a reservation, please reserve securely online or call (207) 647-3733 or toll-free (888) 237-4880. Please be aware that 2 and 3 night minimums and higher rates exist for some holiday periods, special events, and camp weekends. Please review the dates you are considering with this in mind and call if you have any questions prior to booking online.

The equivelant of one night of stay (including Maine state tax) is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover or you may call to make your deposit by check, which must be received within 7 days and secured with a credit card until receipt. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. A confirmation will be sent to the email you provide. 14 Days prior to your arrival, payment must be made in full with credit card, traveler’s checks, or cash.

Check-In is available starting at 3:00 pm. Come to the door at the top of the drive. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so we can be sure to be here to greet you. If you prefer a contactless check-in, please let us know. We can certainly arrange for that!
If you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm, please contact us to make arrangements for a later check-in. We will give you the instructions on your room location and how to gain access to the building!

Check-out is 11:00 am
If you will be leaving before breakfast and let us know, we will be happy to prepare something for you to take with you. Late check-out must be arranged in advance with the Innkeeper, will depend on availability, and will require an additional $25.00+ charge.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change. However, we make purchases and schedule staff based on reservations and, due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly, therefore we ask you to agree to the following cancellation policy at the time of booking:

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, for reservations OTHER THAN CAMP WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, OR SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. With this advance notice, we will refund your deposit less a 5% of reservation total as a cancellation fee per room reserved. The 5% cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date that result in a shorter stay. Camp weekends, held thruout the summer, are completely non-refundable. If you are concerned about the possibility of your weekend being cancelled by a camp, please purchase our third party worry free guarantee. Credits on cancellations during nonrefundable weekends or within the 14 day nonrefundable cancellation policy timeline will also not be issued, no exceptions.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the first day of your stay, will be honored and a refund of all but 5% administration and services fee will be made. You are responsible for the entire reservation charge as of 14 days prior to your arrival date and cancellations received within 14 days of your stay will not be refunded. Please book the worry free guarantee with your reservation, if you feel you may be cancelling. This only applies to regular stays and does not apply to camp visitation weekends, Camp dropoff Weekends, Bridghton Academy events, or Holiday Weekends, which are nonrefundable.

All cancelled reservations, regardless of notice or reason, will be charged a 5% (whichever is higher) cancellation fee.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAYS.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR CAMP WEEKENDS OR SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS WHICH MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.


SMOKING, PETS AND OTHER MATTERS

For the comfort of all of our guests, Noble House Inn is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. We ask, at a minimum that you cross the street to smoke, or you may enjoy the cigar lounge just up the street at the corner of Highland Road and Route 302. Your complete cooperation is expected. A minimum of the rate for one night’s stay or $250, whichever is greater, will be imposed as a cleaning fee for violation of this policy to give us 24 hours to make the inn smoke-free again.

We are now a dog friendly Inn! Please inquire directly, as only select rooms are pet-friendly. All bookings with pets must be done by calling the inn at 207-647-3733. Dogs are not allowed in common areas, including the breakfast room. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room. A nonfundable per- stay fee will be assessed upon time of reservation.

All rates are double occupancy. Each additional guest in the rooms that can accommodate one [maximum occupancy 3] is $25 additional per night.

To preserve the inn’s relaxed atmosphere and maintain a comfortable and safe environment, overnight visitors are prohibited and, while daytime visitors are welcome, they must check-in with the innkeeper and are restricted from guestroom use.

Any violation of these policies may result in the guest being asked to find other accommodations and, in such an event, no refund will be considered.

AUTO-COLLECT
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
